Moonshine is the most recent addition to the Princeton nightclub scene. We serve only hand made items consisting of special recipes and cooking methods not frequently found. We smoke all meats in house, hand cut fries and our burgers are pure Angus beef that is hand pattied and never frozen. Our Angus beef is trimmed out onsite allowing us to deliver prime cuts of meat following old school methods. We smoke our own ribs and use only baby backs that are slow cooked to fall off the bone tender. We put our own twist to traditional barbecue sauce making our ribs stand out delicious. We serve award winning soups prepared fresh and a unique chili that has been deemed the best around. We provide live entertainment for your enjoyment so watch our Facebook page. Moonshine is the ideal setting for large gatherings such as wedding receptions, class reunions, fund raisers etc. We also have large outdoor activity space for car shows and events. Food was good, our 3 of our orders were wrong. Waited 20 mins for a waitress to come over. People who sat down after us were served before us. Place wasn't even busy. Plenty of empty tables. Probably will not return. Wouldn't recommend.
